Banquets

With three banquet rooms available for your event, Terra Verde is perfectly suited to satisfy your requirements for the perfect rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, class reunion, baby shower, company meeting, Christmas party or other event.

Terra Verde can customize a menu for your group of 25-340 and we offer all of the traditional services necessary to make your event a special one. Our on-site catering is exceptional. Plated or buffet style meals can be offered with a wide selection of entrees and appetizers. Terra Verde has something for everyone and our staff is willing to work personally with you to make your event a huge success.

General Banquet Information

Should you desire services or entrees not listed in the menu please contact our banquet coordinator for additional information.

Confirmation of menu four weeks prior to your function is required.

Pricing:

Terra Verde’s event pricing is structured as a One Price Per Guest which includes:  Meal, Sales Tax, Gratuity, Linen, China Place Settings & Silverware, Setup & Clean Up, Cake Cutting & Serving.
Children under the age of 8 are a reduced rate.

Guarantees:

Upon booking your function, an estimated guest count is required. Final count is required one week prior to your event. Terra Verde requires a $500 non-refundable deposit to hold your date and room.

Billing:

Rooms will be held for ten (10) days only without a deposit. Remaining balance is due at the conclusion of your function. All bulk beverages and appetizers are subject to sales take and gratuity of 16%. Credit Card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge.

Miscellaneous:

Terra Verde has three (3) banquet rooms for your event.

Hughes Room has maximum capacity of 125. It is heated and air-conditioned, has a dance floor and bar.

Terra Verde Restaurant has a maximum capacity of 140. It’s our most elegant room with candelabras and chandeliers and two walls of windows overlooking our 18-hole golf course. It is also heated and air-conditioned.

Terra Verde West is our largest banquet room and holds up to 340. It is heated and air-conditioned, has a dance floor area and bar. It has windows overlooking the golf course and a deck with seating. Newly remodeled!

Restrictions:

No food shall be brought in without prior approval. Food prepared that is not eaten may not be taken from the premises. ALL alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Terra Verde.

Terra Verde does not allow bubble machines, glitter or confetti. Also tape, tacks, and other adhesives are not permitted on the walls or floor. Please bear this in mind with planning decorations. Parties failing to abide by this will be subject to a clean-up charge of $75.

Any damages incurred to the facility as a result of your function will be billed to you and/or your organization.

Terra Verde cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
